Shipping policy

At Cabinet Connect, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Order Processing Time
   All in-stock (ready-to-ship) orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

2. Special Order Products
   Special order or custom products may require additional processing and shipping time. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods

   • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

   • Express Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact us prior to checkout to arrange expedited shipping.

4. Delivery Terms
   All deliveries are curbside only. Drivers are not responsible for moving or unloading products inside your home or business.

5. Packaging and Palletization
   All orders are palletized for safe transport and will remain on the pallet at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for removing packaging and bringing items inside.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery
   Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be reported to Cabinet Connect within 24 hours of receipt for claim processing.
